“Your new word for the day: ‘ekphrastic’. It means “a literary description of or commentary on a visual work of art.” The Baltimore County Arts Guild will be hosting an art show/ekphrastic event in November. Two wonderful artists will be showing their work and a number of the paintings will be accompanied by poems written for this event.
